The agreement was made at an undisclosed location and under undisclosed terms, and it comes as a big surprise to the American youth community and to the United States’ national security agencies.

The Democrats decried the move as a pretext to allow Chinese spies and other operatives from the Chinese government to enter the United States under a legal pretext. They also question the terms of the agreement and how this agreement fits into Trump’s narrative of America First. Many US high school students also showed disbelief at Trump’s order, since even if only half of the Chinese so-called students are spies, that leaves another 300,000 to take away precious college seats.

MAGA supporters are voicing strong opposition and promising to drop support for President Trump if he allows this agreement to take place.
