LOS ANGELES, California – Jenny Thompson, 28, has reportedly become a wellness coach after watching several TikTok “health” videos. Thompson, whose Instagram bio previously read “Fritos addict,” says she’s a “new person” after watching videos about charcoal water and celery juice, and “can’t wait to inspire others.”

“I literally know more about health now than like, actual doctors,” Thompson explained. “Like, how in 28 years did nobody tell me the health benefits of adding salt to the water I drink?”

When questioned on the exact health benefits of adding salt to drinking water, Thompson said, “I’m not sure, I have to pull up the TikTok.”

The former “Fritos addict” has changed her Instagram bio to refer to herself as a “health and wellness expert.” Thompson is now offering health consultations to her followers and the few friends who haven’t blocked her yet.

Despite not having received any formal training and getting a C in every science class she took in college, Thompson says she will soon be starting her own line of “wellness supplements.” At the time of publication, she’s already made several dancing TikTok videos promoting the brand, which has yet to exist.Given Thompson’s sudden interest in health, we asked if she plans on going to school for a relevant degree before she leans into her supplement brand, but she did not seem to have an interest in that.

“I have no reason to become like, a ‘real doctor,’” Thompson said, putting her fingers in air quotes for the word “doctor”. She added, “the word ‘doctor’ backwards is ‘rot cod.’ Like, it’s so clearly a scam. Think about that.”

When pressed for comment on that statement, Thompson shrugged, took a sip of her celery juice, and said “I dunno, I saw it on TikTok.”
