PIMPLE SAUDAGAR, India – Many Leaders and dignitaries in India called for the boycott of American-made products after the White House announced that they will be taxing Indian products 50%. The move to tax Indian products was driven by the fact that India is purchasing oil from Russia, thereby helping to finance the Ukrainian war. Despite this fact, the Indian leadership and citizens decided to protest American products without much consideration.
Immediate regret descended over the Indian citizens when they realized that they would no longer have access to their favorite drink, Coca-Cola. As a twist to the boycott, the local population of several small, hot, and humid towns in the southern part of India protested against their own leadership after the vending machines, which dispense the much-sought-after drink, were locked down. Several village leaders or threatening to start a generalized regional strike if Coca-Cola drinks are not available during these warm spring days.
As a compromise, they would accept only Diet Coke until the matter can be resolved.
