LOS CABOS, Mexico – In a twist to the LA protests on illegal immigrants, California Governor Gavin Newsom became an illegal immigrant himself, in Mexico. The Governor escaped California through tunnels linking San Diego to Tijuana after the federal government issued an arrest order for the Governor due to his role in blocking the ICE efforts in LA. It is unknown if the authorities in Mexico are aware that the Governor is now living in Mexico. People close to the matter informed this publication that the governor intends to file for Asylum in Mexico to legalize his status in the Country.

It turns out that Mexico does not provide any protection or benefits to asylum seekers, as the Governor sought to provide to Latin America and the world. The exact location of the governor is not being publicized due to kidnapping concerns.
